Everybody is different and what people need, what works for them, what matches their interests, lifestyle and other commitments, varies as their characters do. Catering for this individuality is at the heart of how I work.

I offer Personal and Group Training, Sports Conditioning and Yoga. Personal Training sessions are adapted to focus on clients' specific needs including: weight-management, muscular conditioning, ski-fit, running performance and mobility. 

I also hold specialist qualifications in pre/post-natal fitness and pregnancy yoga. As a relatively new mamma myself, I consider it a huge privilege to be entrusted to help women through this incredible time.

I enjoy and draw on several styles of yoga, but I found the Anusara school of hatha yoga particularly resonated with me. Its physical focus on alignment has helped to alleviate several years of lower back pain, as well as work to address the physical imbalances of hours spent at a desk.... It was the practical philosophy of Anusara®yoga, however, that really drew me... Anusara® yoga teaches us to look for the intrinsic goodness of every situation, to accept the world and ourselves as we are, and to respond with love and compassion.

I came to yoga during a particularly stressful time in my life when I was struggling to manage multiple jobs, and I have been practising now for over 10 years. I was fortunate enough to complete my yoga accreditation through Bridget Woods Kramer's Precision and Grace Anusara 200hr Teacher Training with Triyoga, and am an accredited Anusara Elements™ yoga teacher. I enjoy teaching practices that can help students reconnect with themselves - on both a physical and emotional level – and with the people and spaces that comprise the fabric of our lives.
