Everybody is different and what people need, what works for them, what matches their interests, lifestyle and other commitments, varies as their characters do. Catering for this individuality is at the heart of how I work.
I offer private Yoga sessions as well as teaching public group classes; and small group and corporate classes.
I also hold specialist qualifications in pre/post-natal fitness and pregnancy yoga. As a relatively new mamma myself, I consider it a huge privilege to be entrusted to help women through this incredible time.

I have been teaching Yoga professionally since completing my accreditation through Bridget Woods Kramer’s Precision and Grace Anusara training with Triyoga in 2016. While my classes maintain a focus on physical alignment and energetic awareness true to Anusara, I enjoy and draw on several styles of yoga.
I am a passionate student of Yoga as much as I am a teacher and I weave elements of the philosophy and history of the discipline into my lessons. I offer practices to help students reconnect with themselves - on both a physical and emotional level – and with the people and spaces that comprise the fabric of our lives.

One-to-one training will help you figure out and achieve goals unique to you, whether that's simply becoming a little more active, managing stress, running your first race or training for a triathlon.
I believe training sessions should challenge you, but they should also always be fun. I also have kind of a thing for superhero movies and maybe the two go together: after all, nothing gets you closer to feeling a tiny bit like iron man than pushing through a workout, or mastering something you didn’t think you could manage. Try it. You'll come out feeling more than a little bit awesome.
