Full of beans, solar-powered, thoughtful, quirky, mildly unpredictable, endlessly curious and an adventurer. My goal is to inspire people to find greater joy in the journey that is life, by encouraging them to move more, move better and to become healthier, happier and more energized.
I am a REP Level 3 qualified personal trainer with specialist qualifications in Pre and Post Natal Fitness and an RYT 200hr accredited by Yoga Alliance. I have a background in dance, corporate communications, international relations via the UN and contemporary art... among other things.
Spending a number of years in the corporate world, I experienced the incredibly positive impact that moving, eating and breathing better had on my life. I became passionate about helping others find the same sense of joy in their day, whether through an early morning run, a buzzing HIIT class, finding a deep sense of connection on a yoga mat, cooking a meal, or simply pausing to really breathe.
I believe training sessions should challenge you, but they should always be fun. I also have kind of a thing for superhero movies and maybe the two go together: after all, nothing gets you closer to feeling a tiny bit like iron man than pushing through a workout, or mastering something you didn’t think you could manage. Try it. You'll come out feeling more than a little bit awesome.
