No! Absolutely not. Classes are designed to be challenging, but adaptable. Clear options are always offered so you can work at an appropriate level for you.

What if I’m injured or tight?

In group classes, variations are always provided. If you need more tailored support, 1:1 sessions are an amazing way to go deeper.

What style of yoga do you teach?

I teach a broad range of styles, from Rocket and dynamic Vinyasa, to slower and more reflective options like Hatha or meditation. Something to suit every ability and every mood!
