Throughout the year, I host retreats, workshops and events. Details are shared here and via the newsletter as they’re announced. Spaces are limited.
A joyful afternoon of yoga-inspired movement, mindfulness and imagination for children aged 4-7.
Through games, music, storytelling and playful teamwork, we’ll introduce young movers to the foundations of yoga in a way that feels natural and fun. Sessions support emotional regulation, strength, coordination, confidence and kindness – without taking anything too seriously!

Each class offers a creative sequence emphasising a particular part of the body, corresponding to a direction of movement. This month we’re going UP – focusing on the shoulders and upper body to access or progress our arm balances. There will be plenty of dynamic movement as well as the opportunity to break things down and troubleshoot. This energetic, uplifting class creates space for yoga to be both serious and playful.

Every event and retreat includes thoughtful yoga practice that works on strength, mobility, breath and awareness in a progressive way. You’ll feel challenged, completely supported at all times and invited to approach your practice with curiosity rather than pressure.
Whether you come along to a full retreat or a one-off workshop, the intention is always the same. Beyond the movement itself, there’s plenty of room to slow down. Time to have proper conversations, or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea.
Many people come alone, and that’s completely normal. The atmosphere is welcoming, grounded and free from social performance. You can join shared meals and conversations, or take solitude when you need it. Both are equally respected.
People often leave feeling physically stronger and mentally clearer. But it’s always more than that. Below the surface, you might feel slightly more calm, a little less reactive, and maybe even more connected to yourself and to others. There’s no huge miraculous transformation – we’re aiming to build something that supports you long after you’ve unpacked your bags.
